Young Poker Pro's Getting Sponsored

If you take a close look at “live” poker pros, you will find that few of them are without a sponsorship deal with one of the many online poker rooms. Just research any big name poker player and you will find that he or she has some sort of an affiliation with an online poker site.

So, where do the online poker rooms go when they are seeking more talent? They are turning to the younger generation poker players who have made a name for themselves online. These superstars in their own right are generally in their teens to early 20’s.

Although no one has yet made public all of the names or the rooms they have signed with, it has been said that two of the biggest names in the online poker world have made deals with a major online poker room. You will soon be learning more about them when the poker room issues their press release.

All of the young pros that have signed deals recently have 4 things in common with each other:

(1) They are each extremely talented and successful online players

(2) Each are respected and well-liked players

(3) All are young

(4) Each has not only been a success at online poker, but at playing “live” poker as well.

As online poker rooms look to increase their list of “pros” under contract with them, you will be seeing more and more of the top names in online poker get picked up one by one. It is proving that these young, but highly talented, pros attract as much attention as any other big name “live” poker pro…sometimes even more.
